Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original box, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leaks during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return labels provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned products, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
